Interested in learning how to swing a Heavy Club, aka clubbell, steel club, mugdar, karlakattai or short Gada? We’ve got you covered! At Dutch Flow Academy we’ve revolutionised the way to learn Heavy Club techniques by creating a structured path that slowly builds in complexity. Our courses will bring what you desire: clarity, education, structure, and fun.

If you’ve never swung a Heavy Club before, you’re a White Belt. Two-handed swings to up to the  Green Belt, and single arm swings start at the Green Belt.
