Dutch Flow Academy offers various courses and training sessions, including but not limited to mace flow, gada/mace, light clubs, heavy clubs, and personal coaching. Services may be offered both online and in-person.

4.1. Course Access

Clients who purchase online courses will receive access to course materials via our online platform. Course access is granted for the duration specified at the time of purchase, typically with lifetime access.

4.2. In-Person Workshops

In-person workshops will be held at designated locations and times. Clients must adhere to the workshop schedule and follow all instructions provided by the instructors.

4.3. Personal Coaching

Personal coaching sessions can be scheduled through our website. These sessions are tailored to the individual needs of the client and can be conducted online or in-person.

5. Registration and Payment

Clients must register for courses via our website. Payments must be made in full at the time of registration. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the cancellation policy.

5.1. Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment options as specified on our website.

5.2. Payment Security

All payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details, and all transactions are encrypted for your protection.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the course start date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days will incur a 50% fee. No refunds will be provided after the course has started.
  • Cancellation by Dutch Flow Academy: We reserve the right to cancel any course or service. In the event of cancellation, clients will receive a full refund.

6.1. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of the cancellation request.

6.2. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule their participation in a course or workshop up to 14 days before the start date without penalty. Rescheduling within 14 days of the start date may incur a fee.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, course materials, and written content, is the intellectual property of Dutch Flow Academy. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

7.1. Use of Course Materials

Clients may use course materials for personal development and training purposes only. Sharing or distributing course content without permission is prohibited.

8. Liability

Dutch Flow Academy is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during participation in our courses. Clients participate at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their own safety and well-being.

8.1. Health and Safety

Clients are advised to consult with a healthcare provider before participating in any physical training. Dutch Flow Academy is not responsible for any health issues arising from participation in our courses.

8.2. Equipment Usage

Clients are responsible for using appropriate equipment during training. Dutch Flow Academy is not liable for any injuries caused by improper use of equipment.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our privacy policy details how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

10.1. Online Conduct

Clients participating in online forums and discussions must adhere to community guidelines and maintain a respectful tone at all times.

10.2. In-Person Conduct

Clients attending in-person events must follow the instructions of the instructors and respect the learning environment.

11. User Accounts

Clients may be required to create an account to access certain services. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

11.1. Account Security

Clients must notify Dutch Flow Academy immediately of any unauthorized use of their account. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the Dutch courts.

Dutch Flow Academy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via our website. Continued use of our services after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15.1. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Dutch Flow Academy and the client with respect to the use of our services.

15.3. Waiver

The failure of Dutch Flow Academy to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Dutch Flow Academy shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
