About Heavy Clubs 101
In eleven videos we’re going expand your knowledge, skill, and physical capability greatly with the use of heavy clubs. Handling two clubs at the same time requires quite a lot of coordination, and skill. This course will make you able to perform the movements in a safe way and will create a solid foundation for you to improve in weight, and complexity. Heavy Clubs 101 will teach you the fundamental movements that will build mobility, strength, and conditioning in your arms and shoulders. At the end of the course you’ll learn how to combine all the exercises that you’ve learned into a flow. About Heavy Clubs SIX In six weeks you’re going expand your knowledge, skill, and physical capability using two heavy clubs. Swinging two heavy clubs is tough, it’s an ancient practice that refers back to wielding a shield and a sword at the same time.. In Heavy Clubs SIX you’ll be challenged with complex combinations and flows. Luckily we’ll break it down into the smallest steps possible so that everyone in their own tempo is able to complete this program. The course will make you able to perform the movements in a safe way and will create a solid foundation for you to improve in complexity. Taking the time with each lesson will ensure the most benefit. Heavy Clubs SIX will take you through six weeks/stages each with three workouts, which all work toward a final flow. Every week we will increase the complexity and this will involve new exercises, combinations, and flows. Through the course, you’ll build your skill with two heavy clubs and work up to swinging the figure eight pattern in four different ways.
Requirements.
All you need is a pair of Heavy Clubs aka clubbells, Persian meels, karlakattai or mudgars and the internet to access and learn from this course. We would recommend wooden/steel clubs with a weight of 2-4kg each. Learning a new skill always works better with a lighter weight.
