Wonderful mace! This mace swings like a dream, the weight of the head and the width of the wooden handle make for a great combination. Because the handle is smooth, it’s great for 300’s but it’s great for 360’s and any other swing you’d want to try. The fact that it has all the DFA principles emblazoned on it makes it look great too!

What an Amazing Functional Strength Tool. I was lucky to get mine when I was over in Holland at the Mace Instructor Certification Course with the Flowing Dutchman at the Dutch Flow Academy another Amazing Experience but back to the Mace it’s design to me is unique especially the shape and with the wooden handle so smooth in your hand it flows beautifully and makes the flow much nicer and the weight distribution from globe end to handle end makes a big difference I would definitely recommend these Maces from the Dutch Flow Academy to anyone wishing to develop their flows my experience has been fun.

This mace looks great and swings beautifully. I’ve been swinging this basically every day and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The handle slides smoothly for 300s, but it doesn’t slip even when swinging with a single sweaty hand. I absolutely love this mace, and I’m sure I’ll be swinging it for years to come!

After only working with the steel mace, this one is really cool. my first mace with a wooden handle and also the thickest handle, which took some getting used to. In addition to varying the weight of the mace, varying the mace itself is also a nice training stimulus, yet again consciously grounding yourself and ensuring that you stay in the eye of the storm. Besides the fact that it looks beautiful, this mace is highly recommended!
