Welcome to the Mace Flow Masterclass. This Masterclass combines all the Mace Flow courses of Dutch Flow Academy into an affordable course package. With these courses you have the ingredients to master Mace Flow from A-Z. These are the courses that are included in this package:

Mace Flow 101. The foundational course for Mace Flow. It teaches you the foundations and beginner movements that can be done by anyone. It helps you step by step to start connecting movements and swings together.

Mace Flow SIX 1. This course builds upon the foundation of Mace Flow 101. In a six week course with three workouts every week you’ll gradually build your skill and mastery of two handed swings and will introduce a few single arm ones.

Mace Flow 201. This course will help you get comfortable with single arm or one-handed swings with a mace. The course does not include things like pivots and lunges, but hammers down the essentials in the most clear way possible as it comes to mastering swinging with one arm.

Mace Flow SIX 2. The next and final step in the Mace Flow Masterclass that builds your skill up to an advanced level. This course is also set up in six weeks or stages, but is larger than SIX Level 1. This will teach you the single arm swings and tricks that you need to be a mace flow artist. It will also unlock more lunges, pivots, and more complexity and length in the flows.

Pivot Masterclass. This course adds more pivots and variations to your arsenal. Pivoting with a mace has so may possibilities that it required its own course. The swings will be relatively easy and comparative to the swings from Mace Flow 101. The pivots, however, will be much more complex and will teach you some amazing new ways of moving with and around the mace.

That concludes the Mace Flow Masterclass, a package that will drastically change the way you move with and without a mace.
