Heavy Clubs Belt System

Interested in learning how to swing a pair of Heavy Clubs, aka clubbells, persian meels, or mugdars? We’ve got you covered! At Dutch Flow Academy we’ve revolutionised the way to learn Heavy Clubs by creating a structured path that slowly builds in complexity. Our courses will bring what you desire: clarity, education, structure, and fun.

If you’ve never swung Heavy Clubs before, you’re a White Belt. 4 Count Swings go up to the Orange Belt, and 2 Count Swings start there. From the Blue Belt and onwards you’ll be taught how to swing asynchronously.

Clubs are my second favorite tool for workout after the Gada, I knew some basic moves but this curse is amazing, as always Harbert drives you and teaches you from the basic then you will be able to swing the clubs nicely and properly. One of the best parts is the Dutch Flow Method and the tempo incorporation that made the work out more fun and challenging.

Each Course is beautifully structured to digest piece by piece. Divided and Organized into isolated movements to cultivate skill, freedom of movement, creativity in arranging your own flows, and full Flow sequences rooted in foundational movements from the ground up. And lays a strong foundation for a daily practice and a process-oriented approach.

Coach Egberts did an amazing job, again! We’ve all tried to do fancy moves/exercises on the internet, and end up frustrated. In the SIX series, Harbert breaks down every details about every single movement. It proves that if we want to achieve a certain goal, we need to progress patiently. Because it’s so hard to find the missing link by ourselves. To make a hard work easy, we need to be on the right pathway. Stay tuned. Keep flowing.
